More than a month ago, I installed this door in my chicken cage and it has been working very well! I set it to close about an hour after sunset, so my ladies have enough time to go in before it closes, and they use it as if they have been doing it for a lifetime! The working principle is very good, it is very sturdy, and it is easy to set a timer and light sensor. I believe it will be good, but I put my inside so that it will not be affected by any weather. Keep dry and warm in the cage. I recommend this to everyone!

I searched for automatic metal doors for a while. I finally found this. This worked well for a Lil, but later it started to show off. I contacted the company and they told me how to recalibrate. I worked for about a few months and the results were very good, but then I had a bit of failure. I reached out again to tell them what the door was doing, and two days later, a new door was right at my doorstep. My other Matticoopx door has been running for two winters without any issues. I bought this a few months ago and installed it on a hard wiring cloth. I cut a plywood wooden frame with the same size as the unit and sandwiched the hardware cloth between the two, using six bolts. It was perfect. The battery powered panel is easy to program at my preferred time and works without any issues. Today I bought the second one, which I can freely raise.
